At Artxtra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our goal is to ensure your fashion experience is as seamless and artistic as the pieces we curate.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Artxtra account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
